• Each and every product is hand-painted therefore each piece is slightly different from each other and the display pictures. The entire design and colour are similar. Placements and stokes can differ.
• The pictures are clicked in natural light. However, the possibility of little discrepancy in them cannot be ruled out due to different resolution and brightness settings in various devices.
• Refund and returns are not applicable in case of colour, painting and physical appearance dissimilarities.
• We are committed to client satisfaction. So, in case you feel that there is any kind of discrepancy contact us with videographic evidences, so that we can provide a solution which suits both the parties. Refer to the exchange policy to know more.
• The lamps contain a simple circuits and regular bulbs. The bulbs are changeable and we do not guarantee the functioning of the bulbs. They can be changed in case of malfunction. The wire and circuit can be fixed by any electrician in case of mild malfunction as it can get loosened due to movements during shipping.
• We are always ready to help you with technical knowledge of the materials we use. Therefore, you are requested to consult us directly if you have the tiniest of queries regarding material, size, authenticity, work of art, maintenance etc.
