Our Shipping Policy:

• Shipping all over India is FREE for normal delivery speed.
• For urgent express delivery kindly contact us where extra charges might be applicable. Refer to the ‘contact us’ to get in touch with us.
• Address (including your contact number, pincode etc.) is strictly and entirely a buyers’ responsibility. Renaisa will not be accountable on that.
• In ideal circumstances, your order (domestic) should reach you in 2-8 days from the date of dispatch, depending on the recipient’s address. Otherwise, you are instructed to contact us personally.
• In case of any natural calamity, festival or pandemic delivery can be delayed. Renaisa will try their best to solve such issues but we do not take responsibility of unforeseen events.
• Shipping can get delayed during busy festive seasons, please order with time in hand during such time of the year.
• Currently, the website cannot tackle the international shipments. Please contact us if you are looking to shop from overseas.
